Six conference rooms upgraded to one-tap join from laptop or phone. No more dongles or room PCs.
The client had six conference rooms with displays and cameras, but joining from a laptop meant hunting for the right cable or logging into a dedicated room PC. Adoption was low.
We standardized on one-tap join: one button from Teams or Zoom and the call appears on the room display. We selected and installed the gear, trained staff, and documented the flow. Meeting no-shows due to tech issues dropped, and the rooms are now the default for client calls.
