Custom dispatch and job dashboard

Dispatch and job tracking were done in spreadsheets and group chats. Visibility was poor and updates were easy to miss. The team needed a single place to see jobs, assign them, and log notes.

We built a lightweight web app: job list, assignment, status updates, and notes. It runs in the browser and works on phones so technicians can update from the field. No heavy ERP — just the workflow they needed, with room to add more later.
